Bespoke
Every map, automation, and AI assistant is designed around how your business actually works, not a generic template.
Systems, Automation, and AI Consultancy
A six-month programme that maps your workflows, automates the repetitive work, applies AI safely, and designs a business system that runs with or without you.

Sound familiar?
Work lives in people's heads, not in a system anyone else can follow.
Your tools do not talk to each other. Data lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory.
Growth means more hours, not more capacity. The team is stretched and so are you.
Decisions are made on gut feel because the right information is never in one place.
You know AI could help. You are not sure where to start or what is actually safe.
The business runs on you. If you step back, things fall through the gaps.
None of this means the business is failing. It means the systems have not kept up with the growth. That is a solvable problem, and it is exactly what this programme is built for.
The right order matters
The programme follows the BUILD framework. Workflow first, AI second. Every stage is designed to produce something the business can use immediately, not a report that sits in a drawer.
Bespoke
Every map, automation, and AI assistant is designed around how your business actually works, not a generic template.
Usable
Nothing is built that your team will not use. Adoption is designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
Intelligent
AI is applied where it genuinely reduces workload and improves decisions. Where it does not earn its place, it stays out.
Leverage
The goal is more output from the same team, not more tools for the sake of it. Every change is measured against hours recovered.
Data
The system is designed to capture the right information so leaders can see what is working, what is stuck, and where to focus next.
Scope of the programme
The programme maps workflows across every part of the business that affects revenue, delivery, cash flow, and customer experience. Nothing is left out of scope.
How it works
Each stage builds on the last. Nothing is designed in isolation and nothing is built before it is mapped. The programme is structured in two three-month blocks so you can review results before committing to the second half.
Stage One — Two months
Understand the business before touching the technology. AI laid over a messy process creates a faster mess, so the map comes first.
Richard maps the workflows that most affect revenue, delivery, cash flow, and customer experience across seven business areas: administration, marketing, sales, operations, finance, support and service, and management and reporting. Every workflow step is classified as human-led, automation-led, or AI-assisted, and scored by impact, frequency, effort, and risk.
Defined outcomes
Stage Two — Two months
Prove it with early wins. The highest-scoring items from the backlog go live alongside your existing systems.
Automated lead capture and follow-up, handoff checklists, invoice triggers, service reminders, and the first AI assistant, built on the business's own knowledge and launched with strict guardrails. Human-in-the-loop is the default. The team is trained on what has been built, and a one-page AI usage policy puts the owner in control.
Defined outcomes
Stage Three — Two months
Design the connected system. With the map drawn and the early wins proving the approach, Stage Three designs the full architecture.
A single source of truth for customer data, the CRM design and data model, the automation trigger map, and an AI insights layer that flags at-risk customers, missed follow-ups, and cross-sell opportunities. The business owns every document and every line of anything built.
Defined outcomes
What makes this different
Nothing is automated until it is mapped, simplified, and standardised. AI applied to a broken process creates a faster broken process.
Automation handles repeatable logic. People handle judgement. The balance shifts only when real evidence justifies it.
Every AI assistant launches with strict constraints, loosened only when real cases justify it. The owner stays in control throughout.
Every map, document, specification, and prototype belongs to your business on delivery. There is no lock-in to Richard or to any platform.
The design is independent of any single vendor. The blueprint specifies what the system needs to do, not which tool must do it.
Business-grade AI accounts only, UK and EU data residency, and GDPR compliance checked on every automation before it goes live.
Right for you if
The programme is designed for UK businesses that are established and trading well, but whose systems have not kept up with their growth. If any of the following are true, this programme was built for you.
Not right for you if
The programme requires your involvement and your team's. It is not a software licence and it is not a one-off audit. If any of the following are true, it is probably not the right fit right now.

The programme is scoped by conversation for businesses with more complex operations, multiple sites, or larger teams. The investment reflects the scope.
How this connects to STEPS
The 12-week Growth Strategy Creation programme, built on the STEPS methodology, defines the direction. This programme builds the operating system underneath it. Many clients do the strategy first and the systems second. Some come straight to systems because that is where the leak is. Both routes work.
Common questions
Ready to start?
Richard walks through the seven business areas, identifies the two or three workflows leaking the most time or revenue, and tells you whether this programme is right for you. No obligation, no pitch deck.
